The Mill Automation System is a really great product. I can’t tell you how easy it is to add parts. We go through a whole part library, and we haven’t had a part yet that we couldn’t automate on the Mill Automation System. It takes a little bit of figuring out, but man, it just goes so quickly. We’re running new parts in 30 minutes -- from when we decide to implement the part to when it’s running on the machine.
VersaBuilt was a real save for us. The [other] systems we evaluated were too piecemeal. We were talking about getting custom grippers made, multiple Schunk vises -- there were just so many different pieces, and how would we integrate them? VersaBuilt has a system where they have their vises, their grippers, and a complete package for us to integrate. It was really impressive.
